Come learn about identifying wild edibles and medicinal plants in Utah. Taste a few if you like and take lots of notes and photos. If you’ve ever wondered as you are pulling weeds in your garden or while hiking in the mountains whether you could eat those plants, you need to come and learn. Hands on training is the most valuable way to learn about identifying edible and medicinal plants. Each of these plants has variations not only from their age but also soil conditions. Getting the hands on plant tour will allow you to see many plants in different stages and therefore teach you how to identify them at any stage of their life no matter how different they may look.
