Build confidence – Learn Wilderness Skills – Overcome Fears

This class is meant to help you not only gain confidence in the outdoors and your abilities in the wilderness but to also train you to overcome fear and lack of confidence in your life. Getting out in nature where you can be disconnected from the business of “modern civilization” will allow you to unwind and reset. It will help you ground your body to mother earth and will allow you to come closer to your creator.

During the 3 night 4 day wilderness trip, you will go through a change. You will learn and apply skills to enhance your confidence, both in the outdoor arena and for life in general. We will cover more than just wilderness skills but you will certainly learn and apply much of that as well.

This class is open to adults but if desired, an adult can bring along a child, ages 16 and over. Those who plan on attending should be eager and prepared to learn and grow and should be dedicated to making positive changes in life. Availability is limited on these excursions.
