Come learn to identify the many useful and edible plants available in the mountains os Utah. Heber Valley is another great location to identify a lot of wild plants for food and healing herbs found throughout Utah. Every plant on this earth has value to help the body heal and thrive. Most of the plants we will see are edible. I won’t make you learn hundreds of plants in Utah, but we will identify many that can be used for food and healing the body.

As always, you will learn to identify, learn about edibility and other usefulness of the many plants on this tour. You may also see some that are toxic or poisonous. Be sure to bring your phone for pictures and notes and if desired a notebook.
