Come learn to identify the many useful and edible plants available in the mountains os Utah. Park City offers many wild edible plants and healing herbs. Unfortunately, as a people, we have forgotten the purpose of many of these plants. Most of the plants we will see on this tour are edible. All of them also have medicinal value. While I’m not going to require that you memorize all fo the plants we identify, I will quiz you a little after you learn.

As always, you will learn to identify these plants, learn about their edibility and other usefulness. You may also see some that are toxic or poisonous. Be sure to bring your phone for pictures and notes and if desired a notebook.
